Sunway Tenerife Ltd was the first English estate agents in Tenerife and has been established for 26 years on the island.

Sunway Tenerife is a family business, built up by Director Barry Macdonald, who sadly passed away in January 2009. His daughter, Sarah Macdonald, has since taken over and continues her father’s legacy. Office Manager, Carmen Rodriguez has worked for Sunway since the beginning (Carmen remembers Sarah when she was 5 years old!) and her knowledge of the Canarian legalities involved in purchasing property is second to none! Carmen, and the whole team’s, advice is so well sought after that clients who have bought or sold property with us continue to visit with a whole host of queries or simply to catch up.  The Sunway family isn’t just the staff team and Barry and Sarah Macdonald, it includes clients that have bought or sold property with us. We like to keep up to date with each other’s lives and achievements. One client has recently won a gold medal at the Special Olympics!
